The timeframe for completion varies based on the type of memorial ordered and its availability. We typically stock traditional memorials in standard sizes, which can be completed within 2-4 weeks. For materials that need to be ordered, the process may extend to 4-5 months. Please note that timelines are subject to change.
Our payment terms typically involve a 50% deposit of the memorial cost, along with the cemetery permit fee (if applicable), payable in advance. The remaining balance is settled upon completion.

Typically, a memorial can be erected after the last interment date, usually within a year. However, this timeframe may vary by cemetery. In some cases, a lawn memorial can be erected sooner if a pre-laid concrete base is in place, as per cemetery regulations.

Additional costs may include a cemetery permit fee, which varies by borough, and any extra requirements for the memorial, all subject to a 20% VAT charge, as we are a VAT-registered company.
A memorial design can be supplied by the client. A member of our team will carefully go through this with you, to make sure the design is acceptable by the local authority. Materials used are Granite and White Marble.
